Cape Cod workshop

Cape Cod workshop

Join tour-leader Roman Kuryczwak and Betty Wiley for this special weekend workshop exploring the beauty of outer Cape Cod.  This workshop will be held from Friday evening, October 12 through Sunday evening, October 14th, and will feature a special lighthouse tour to Race Point Lighthouse in Provincetown where students will have an opportunity to photograph one of the most beautiful lighthouses on the Cape during the golden hour and at sunset.  Afterwards, we will eat dinner at a colorful, local eating establishment in Provincetown before heading to another beautiful lighthouse nearby for night photography where students will learn light painting and other low light techniques.

There are just a few spots remaining and Roman is currently offering a special $100 discount to members of the New Haven camera club.   This workshop is less than 3 weeks away.  There is no better time to visit and explore Cape Cod!

Other shooting locations will include a morning in Provincetown where students will have an opportunity to photograph picturesque Provincetown from MacMillan Wharf.   This is a working fishing community and there are lots of interesting fishing trawlers, skiffs and other boats to photograph as well as the skyline of the town itself.  This is a perfect place to use HDR (High Dynamic Range) and to capture interesting reflections in the water.   Time will be allotted in the afternoon where students can upload their images and receive tips and help processing their images from Roman and Betty.
