Hammonasset Kite Festival

This is a kite festival for the whole family.
Bring a picnic and spend the day.
Admission
There is no admission to the Kite Festival, but the Park charges an entrance fee.
Connecticut State Park Fees were raised effective October 1, 2009.
This is the latest info we have, as of April 26, 2011:
Entrance Fees for the Kite Festival Weekend will be the new Weekday Rates:
$9.00 for CT Residents, $15.00 for non-residents.
Season passes, good for all CT State Parks: $67 in state, $112 out of state.
Food
The Park Concession Stand will be open. They have hamburgers, hot dogs, fries and seafood. It is on the beach at the west end of the fields. Ice Cream carts will be making their way around the fields.
