WHY SHOOT CAMERA RAW FILES?

WHY SHOOT CAMERA RAW FILES?

Why shoot camera Raw files when they're so huge? some of you may be asking. Raw file formats, which offer greater creative control, allow the end user to adjust a range of parameters such as white balance, mid-tones, shadows, whites, blacks, clarity, retouching, and so much more,  all in a non-destructive way. Simply put, a Raw file is the most original version of your picture, unlike a compressed Jpeg file.

This week's Photoshop article is accompanied by a video tutorial. Check it out to see how Photoshop Raw and Adobe Bridge can speed up the post-processing workflow and don't forget to like us on Facebook. Our Facebook fans are the first to receive our weekly Photoshop articles and video tutorials.
