National Wildlife’s 40th Annual Photo Contest

Have you seen this rare and imperiled creature—the “wild” or outdoor child? Then grab your camera and send us your best shots. You could win up to $5,000 in National Wildlife’s 40th Annual Photo Contest—and your photograph could be published in National Wildlife® magazine! Today’s kids are largely an indoor species, spending on average 7.5 hours a day tethered to electronic media. NWF’s “Be Out There” campaign urges you to change this by getting your kids to spend more time outdoors in a more natural habitat. Help us turn this rarely seen species into a more common sighting. Get your kids outdoors and photograph them in the yard, on the beach, at the lake—anywhere under the sun (or moon)—and enter now.

Your $20 photo contest entry fee lets you submit up to 25 photos (with or without kids). You also will receive a one-year membership to the National Wildlife Federation, including six issues of National Wildlife* and a 10% discount on all NWF catalog merchandise. Sign up today!
