Jeff Foott PSA PHOTO SEMINAR

PHOTOGRAPHY SOCIETY OF RHODE ISLAND'S
SECOND ANNUAL NATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER SEMINAR
Featuring Internationally acclaimed Photographer
Jeff Foott

Jeff Foott, a tour leader with the Joseph Van Os Photo Safaris and a close friend of Jack
Dykinga, is a California native who studied biology at San Jose State University.
Following school he worked as a researcher at Moss Landing Marine Laboratories where
he studied sea otters and published several scientific papers. Jeff has also worked as a
park ranger in Yosemite National Park, a professional climbing guide and on the ski
patrol at Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Around 1970 his interests in photographing and
filming nature and wildlife led to a new career direction. Since then he has filmed for
Nova, National Geographic, BBC and the US Fish and Wildlife Service. His still images
have appeared in hundreds of magazines including Audubon, National Geographic,
National Wildlife and International Wildlife as well as numerous books, calendars, posters
and note cards. Jeff spends summers in Jackson Hole, Wyoming & winters in Moab, Utah.

Seminar will commence at 7:00 PM (about an hour in length)
The remainder of the evening will be socializing with each other and Jeff.
