TIME: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
WHERE: Downtown Chester
ADMISSION: Free.
Street performers, chili cookoff, tractor parade.
Ice carving competition will take place from 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
in the parking lot behind 4 Water Street with judging shortly after. Spectators may vote for their favorite sculpture to win the "People's Choice Award."
It's a pretty little town nestled in hills with cute shops and a waterfall. Nice photo ops.
