Jim Cavanaugh is a 1975 graduate from the New England
School of Photography. He is an architectural and aerial photographer
based in Buffalo, NY. His clients include architects, engineers,
interior designers, contractors, real estate developers, architectural
product manufacturers and government agencies. Jim currently serves as
the National president of ASMP. He is the former Chairman of ASMP's
Copyright Committee and the Business Practices Committee of
ASMP/Architecture Specialty Group. He is also Past President of the
Western New York Chapter of ASMP, and an Allied Member of the
Buffalo/WNY Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. Jim is well
known as a strong advocate of copyright issues and ethical business
practices in photography. He has lectured extensively on copyright,
digital photography and business practices for photographers.
