ONNE VAN DER WAL Workshop

The Photographic Society of RI is planning a late afternoon and sunset nautical workshop with world renowned Professional Photographer Onne Van Der Wal out of Newport RI on a twin deck 50’+ ship and we would like to invite anyone who would be interested in attending.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12, 2013 - 3:30 PM TO SUNSET  (Rain date - Thursday, June 13, 2013)

Cruise will be limited to a minimum of 12 to a maximum of 20 PSRI members and possibly as many as 5 non-photography guests.

We will shoot area lighthouses, possibly an inside tour of the “Rose” tides permitting, late afternoon club sailing races under the bridge and with the lighthouse as a background, plus Newport harbor, icons, shoreline, etc. Onne will be circulating offering hints, suggestions, explanations of his shots, answering questions, helping with equipment as well as making his big Canon lenses available to us.

Food will consist of lobster rolls, turkey club sandwiches, soda, beer, wine, snacks, fruit., etc.

COST: $500.00 per person (normally $595.00). $150.00 per non-photographers (limited to about 5)
