Come
and photograph the majestic Grand Central Terminal -- capture all of
the details in the shadows and highlights with HDR photography! We have
special permission to use tripods during this five hour workshop. Capped at ten people (they only allow 10 tripods).
We
will meet at GCT and will be shooting from for five hours. Meet outside
of the station master's office, there is an area to the left of the
SMO. The
SMO is the customer waiting area with the glass doors on the upper
level of the terminal, at the top and just to the right of the
escalators on the west side of the building (near tracks 34/35 and the
Transit Museum store.
We will be helping you with compositions, locations, checking exposures,
etc. For the first hour Tom and I do not typically take photographs, we
provide instruction and suggestions; we do take photographs during the
rest of the session, but we are always there to answers questions, etc.
