Workshops on the Water are back for 2013. We are celebrating our 5th summer of these popular workshops and have 3 different photographic experiences to offer you - each held on the water aboard a great boat! On June 26th our "Nautical Newport" tour takes photographers around Newport Harbor and busy Narragansett Bay shooting lighthouses, Wed. Night Racing, coastal scenes and more! August 31st is the Classic Yacht Regatta and we will again chase these beautiful classic sailboats around the bay. And on Sept. 28th we will follow the 12 Metre fleet around the buoys for their North American Championship Regatta where more than 10 boats are expected!
We will again charter the M/V "Gansett," a stable and comfortable yacht, to act as our chase boat. For $595 you get personalized instruction from Onne, a lobster roll dinner, snacks and cocktails. Onne spends time with each shooter going over your questions and equipment and lends his Canon lenses to those with Canon DSLR cameras. Workshops are limited to 15 photographers.
